All 
    the concerts will start punctually at 10 pm. The entrance to the concert hall 
    will be allowed only during the intervals between the program pieces, in case 
    there are any.

    

    Only authorized staff will be allowed to take photographs, or make video or 
    audio recordings.

    

    It is not allowed to smoke in the Cloister courtyard, nor to use fans or similar 
    objects. It's forbidden any kind of container or phone device.

    

    Those people not appropriately dressed for the event will be banned.

    

    For reasons unrelated to the Festival organisation, programs, groups, artists, 
    dates, timetables and rooms might suffer some changes, which will be opportunely 
    announced whenever possible.

    

    Tickets and reservations will be refunded or changed only in case of cancellation 
    of a concert, change of date, of the artist or a modification of the whole 
    program. In these cases, changes of tickets and reservations will only be 
    accepted up to 48 hours before the concert, and refunds will be possible until 
    September 30th.

    

    In case of rain, the ticket buyer and/or holder will agree on the transfer 
    of concerts from the Cloister of Santo Domingo to the premises announced by 
    the Festival organisation, not being possible to keep the exact location of 
    seats.
